I am Jeongwon Youn, the founder and chief doctor of Yonsei JW Dental Clinic.

Following in the footsteps of my mother, a dentist, I am the second generation to practice dentistry. I apply the same strict standards that I use when treating my own family to all of our patients. I will always approach treatment with the principle of performing only the procedures that are necessary.

To provide better, evidence-based treatment, I continually research and study advances in medical technology to restore your beautiful smile.

Dr. Jeongwon Youn, D.D.S., Ph.D., is the Chief Doctor at Yonsei JW Dental Clinic and a renowned specialist in orthodontics. With over 16 years of clinical experience, Dr. Youn is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered dental care.

She earned both her D.D.S. and Ph.D. in Orthodontics from the prestigious Yonsei University College of Dentistry, where she currently serves as an Adjunct Professor. Her extensive clinical training includes an internship and orthodontic residency at Yonsei Severance Hospital, one of Korea’s most respected medical institutions.

Dr. Youn is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the Korean Association of Orthodontists, the Korean Association of Lingual Orthodontists, and the Yonsei University Association of Orthodontists. She is also a certified Invisalign provider and has completed the Osstem Implant Master Course, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and interdisciplinary excellence.

Introducing Dr. Ji Ho Ahn – Prosthodontist with Global Expertise

Dr. Ji Ho Ahn, D.D.S., M.D., Ph.D., is a highly trained prosthodontist at Yonsei JW Dental Clinic with extensive experience in implant and restorative dentistry. Fluent in English and educated both in Korea and the United States, Dr. Ahn is especially trusted by our international patients seeking world-class care in Seoul.

Dr. Ahn earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a master’s and Ph.D. in Prosthodontics from Seoul National University School of Dentistry. She completed both her internship and residency in prosthodontics at the prestigious Seoul National University Dental Hospital, where she also worked in the Dental Implant Center.

Her international background includes an externship at the Department of Prosthodontics at Gangnam Severance Hospital, further strengthening her comprehensive understanding of advanced prosthetic treatments. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Seoul National University, contributing to the education of future dental professionals.

Dr. Ahn is a member of the Korean Academy of Prosthodontics and the Korean Academy of Stomatognathic Function and Occlusion. Her clinical focus includes dental implants, crowns, bridges, full-mouth rehabilitation, and complex bite correction.
