Case 1.

This patient underwent incisional double eyelid surgery, revision eyelid correction, and micro fat grafting to the upper eyelid at the same time.

After having double eyelid surgery at another hospital, a so-called “sausage eyelid” formed.

Through revision surgery, the double eyelid line was adjusted to be thinner and more natural,

resulting in an improvement from a heavy, fierce impression to a softer, gentler one.

Case 2.

This is a case in which incisional double eyelid surgery and revision eyelid correction were performed together.

Although the patient had previously undergone double eyelid surgery, over time the eyelid line gradually became thinner,

and as the skin over the eyes sagged, the eyes began to look sleepy and somewhat downcast.

Looking at the preoperative photos, the eyes had a drowsy, sleepy appearance,

and although there was a double eyelid, overlapping folds had formed, making the line unclear.

Accordingly, we applied the incisional method to firmly define the double eyelid line,

and improved the structure so the eyes would open more clearly through eyelid correction,

transforming the overall impression into one that was sharper and more distinct.

Simply having a pretty double eyelid is not enough.

The real change in impression comes when the strength of eye opening (eyelid correction) is also considered.

Not all incisional methods leave a lot of scars.
