At our clinic, we use not a simple buried-suture method,

but a “continuous buried suture method” in which the thread is passed 12 times in a row through a total of 6 tiny openings.

One of the main reasons eyelids look thick is orbital fat. Before surgery, I carefully analyze the anatomical structure of the eye and the distribution of fat.

If there is a lot of fat?

✔️ Through some of the 6 openings, the orbital septum can be finely opened to remove fat.

✔️ This is possible without a separate incision, and scarring is 거의 minimal.
