One Month After Stem Cell Injection Into the Body, What Were the Immune Cell Activity Results?!

Today, I’d like to share the experience of receiving a stem cell injection into my body, along with more scientific and specific numbers.

In particular, I checked what changes occurred after the stem cell procedure by measuring immune cell activity (NK cell activity).

Changes in immune cell levels after the first stem cell injection into the body

Exactly one month after my first stem cell injection into the body, I had blood drawn to measure immune cell activity (NK cell activity) before the second procedure.

The result was 930, showing relatively high immune activity.

※ For reference, the normal NK cell activity range is generally considered to be between 500 and 800, and values above this can be interpreted as the immune system functioning actively.

🔁 Comparison with values from one year earlier

Interestingly, exactly one year ago (May 2024), I had the same NK cell activity test at an internal medicine clinic,

and the result at that time was 395.6, which was borderline (below normal).

In other words,

May 2024: 395.6

June 2025 (1 month after the first stem cell procedure): 930

That was the change.

Of course, it cannot be concluded that all of this change was caused solely by the stem cell procedure, but considering that I did not especially change my lifestyle over the past month, I believe the immunomodulatory effect of the stem cells was reflected to some extent.

What is the principle behind NK cell levels rising after stem cell injection?

When stem cells enter the body, they have the following effects:

1. Immune regulation: Stem cells regulate the balance between T cells and NK cells, working in a way that increases activity without overstimulating the immune system.

2. Reduction of inflammation: They help reduce chronic inflammatory states and promote improved NK cell function.

3. Tissue regeneration and cytokine secretion: By secreting cytokines for tissue regeneration, they may also send positive signals to the systemic immune system.

These actions work together to increase NK cell activity.

Did I experience any side effects from the stem cells I received myself?

Stem cells are also a very sensitive material by nature, but after the first injection, I have been able to continue my daily life without any particular side effects.

I did not feel any skin trouble, immune abnormal reactions, or fatigue, and instead I personally noticed better sleep quality and a lighter feeling in my body.

Future plans

During the second stem cell injection procedure

I have now also completed the second stem cell injection into my body, and I plan to measure NK cell activity again in the same way one month after the second procedure. Through this, I hope to comprehensively analyze the changes in values before and after the first and second procedures, as well as the subjective effects.

Conclusion

NK cell activity is not an absolute indicator for determining the effect of stem cells,

but if, like in my case, the value rises significantly after a certain period under the same conditions, I think that alone can experimentally demonstrate the potential of the stem cell procedure.

Most importantly, I actually received it myself, compared the numbers, and have been maintaining my daily life without side effects. I will share the results one month after the second stem cell injection next time as well.
