I am now in my 8th year of opening my practice,
and in my 20th year as a plastic surgery specialist,
so I’m a fairly experienced private practitioner.

Looking back, when I was younger,
I think I started working with the idea of
“earn hard, and retire early.”
At that time, I did not have any grand ambition or philosophy.
I was simply busy keeping up with the surgeries in front of me,
and the growth that came day by day.
🩺 My Younger Years, When Surgery Was Fun
After becoming a board-certified plastic surgeon, I later specialized in microsurgery (reconstructive plastic surgery) as a clinical instructor.
During that period, I personally experienced and performed high-difficulty techniques beyond the basics of surgery, and learned from them.
During six months of overseas training, under a great mentor,
there was even a time when I operated 24 hours a day with foreign friends.
Looking back now, that time was less about having clear talent or dreams,
and more like a period when I was simply moving with the energy of “learning” and “growing.”
That was the same when I first started eye surgery.
“Can I do this well too?” “What on earth makes eyes beautiful?”
Focused on those questions alone, I analyzed countless eyes,
and there were times when I spent all night looking at photos.
🏥 Opening a Practice, Trial and Error, and Direction
My first practice was a partnership, so there were many trial-and-error experiences.
But all of those experiences made me stronger,
and after opening Just Plastic Surgery anew,
I worked intensely for the survival of the clinic.

Somehow, from the beginning, I was more drawn to
an approach that could encompass overall anti-aging
rather than single procedures.
Perhaps the direction of Just had already been decided by then.
💡 “What Makes All of Us Younger”

Right now, the mission of Just Plastic Surgery is clear.
“To make all of us younger.”
Within this simple sentence,
it contains all the medical, aesthetic,
and human feelings I have experienced over the past 20 years.

In addition to surgery and procedures, through the Peach Lab brand,
which will help maintain youth in everyday life going forward,
I want to suggest slow aging and healthy beauty together.
I’ve Decided Not to Retire
These days, the more I work, the more fun it becomes.
Consulting with patients at the clinic,
and seeing returning regular clients come back,
is itself truly exciting and energizing.
During consultations, I sometimes joke, “It seems like you don’t need eye surgery right now.
If I’m still doing this 10 years from now, come then.”
Every time I say that, I feel more certain: “Ah, I really will keep doing this.”
Just is no longer simply a means to maintain my livelihood.
For me, it has become a fun and interesting space,
and a place where I can grow and dream together with my staff,
a place I look forward to every day.
Thank You to Everyone Who Has Grown Together With Me
Whenever customers who have known me since 2018 return,
I feel truly happy and grateful.
Those who have visited 5 times, 7 times, or even more
now speak to me like a “teacher,” telling me the strengths and weaknesses of the clinic
and thinking together about a better direction.
In moments like that, new ideas come to me,
and I once again feel, “I really do love this work.”
Even at this moment while writing this post,
I feel gratitude and excitement at the same time.
🌱 Going Forward, Still
I have now made up my mind.
I will not retire.
Through Just Plastic Surgery and Peach Lab,
I want to keep maintaining youth, growing together,
and remain a better doctor and a better person myself.
I sincerely thank you for your trust and support,
and I will continue to provide care for a long, long time, with joy.
Thank you.
