1. In eyelid revision surgery, when lowering a high crease, incision surgery is basically essential. However, in contrast, correcting asymmetry in a low crease may also be possible with non-incisional double eyelid surgery depending on the case.

2. In eyelid revision surgery, revision after incision double eyelid surgery is usually the most difficult.

3. The double-line technique has a chance of failure, so an accurate evaluation before surgery is necessary.

4. If fat grafting to the upper eyelid is used well, it can both lower the crease and improve hollowing in the upper eyelid.

5. When the eyes do not open properly after incision double eyelid surgery, eyelid correction is absolutely necessary, and the muscle that opens the eyes must be repositioned.

6. Sausage-eye correction surgery ranges from moderately difficult to very difficult depending on the case.
