Can the outer corners of the eyes be lifted with a lift procedure?
Have you suddenly found yourself wanting to lift drooping outer eye corners?
When the outer corners of the eyes sag and the eyelids also feel droopy, you can suddenly look older.
There are fewer procedures than you might think for lifting the outer corners of the eyes.
Even with a forehead lift, additional surgery is needed to raise the outer eye corners.
What about those whose eyes are close to their eyebrows, making a brow lift under the eyebrow difficult?
A brow lift under the eyebrow is difficult, and if you are advised to have a forehead lift, it can feel a bit burdensome, right?
But what if it could also be done with thread lifting?
And what if lifting the outer eye corners and the eyebrows at the same time could also address drooping eyes at the same time?

Before Aptos outer corner eye lift
Today, I’d like to introduce a case of “simultaneous lifting of the outer eye corners + eyebrows” using Aptos threads.
This was a woman in her 40s who visited because her already drooping outer eye corners felt even more drooped, and the distance between her eyes and eyebrows was close, making her eyes look even more saggy.
She had double eyelid surgery without incisions 20 years ago, but the double eyelids had loosened and there was asymmetry.
Using Light Lift 50 among the Aptos threads, I performed a procedure to lift the eyebrows and outer eye corners at the same time, and corrected the double eyelids through revision surgery with natural adhesion ptosis correction.

Among the Aptos threads, my favorite is Light Lift 50. What was especially impressive is that it has double-ended needles, allowing the thread to be divided into several straight sections and used in a long configuration.
The thread also uses long-lasting PLCL, and the COG and overall condition of the thread are very refined. It also has the advantage of lasting a long time (2 to 2.5 years).

Advantages of PLCL thread
As a material, this thread is excellent, of course, but a procedure to lift the eyebrows must take left-right symmetry into account, and when lifting the outer corners of the eyes together with the eyebrows, precise design and maintaining the correct depth are very important.
There is bound to be a significant difference in results depending on the doctor (or practitioner).
Since Aptos was first introduced in Korea at the end of 2025, I have been using Aptos threads and have performed various cases. Also, because I am a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in double eyelid surgery and revision surgery, I have extensive experience performing procedures around the eyes, including the eyebrows (+ outer eye corners), at the same time.

Before and after natural adhesion surgery

Before and after natural adhesion surgery
Just as a forehead lift can sometimes produce good results when combined with double eyelid surgery, there may be limitations with forehead thread lifting alone. Natural adhesion double eyelid surgery can be performed at the same time for a natural look and faster recovery.

How does it look?
We are prepared to perform double eyelid surgery and forehead thread lifting (Aptos, Mint threads, etc.) at the same time.
For those whose eyes are too close to the eyebrows to undergo a brow lift under the eyebrow
For those who feel a forehead lift would be too burdensome
Rather than continuing to worry about these things,
I can recommend only the surgery or procedure that is truly needed,
so I recommend visiting for a consultation once.
Thank you.
