Hello. I am Taeo Park, the chief doctor of Relive Clinic, which pursues painless treatments.
Today, I’d like to talk about my thoughts on lifting.

Many people think:
'Isn't it fine to go to a cheap place for lifting?'
'Aren't they all basically the same?'
I can say for sure that 'they are absolutely not all the same procedure.'
(I will explain the two reasons for that below.)
The results can vary dramatically depending on the procedure method and approach,
and there is definitely such a thing as a doctor's 'touch.'
For Ulthera, Onda lifting, Thermage, Liftera, InMode, and more,
people who receive treatments at Relive Clinic have higher satisfaction than at other clinics
(you can see this if you look at the Naver reviews).

I will explain the reasons these kinds of results can be achieved by dividing them into two points.
- Even when delivering just one lifting shot, I put my own thought into why it is being delivered at that location and depth.
- By consulting with patients myself, I recommend the most suitable procedure and plan.

- Even a simple lifting procedure must be approached with thought.
Lifting is not simply a mechanical task.
Let’s take Ulthera, one of the most representative lifting procedures, as an example.
Ulthera has three tips: 1.5 mm / 3.0 mm / 4.5 mm,
and each tip has about four adjustable energy levels.
Even just considering tip type and energy level, the number of possible combinations increases.
If you add the delicacy of the design and the direction of the lifting,
the results can differ dramatically even for the same patient.
Therefore, the doctor performing the procedure must consider all of these variables.
A one-size-fits-all procedure cannot produce the best results.

In the end, the doctor's thought and consideration must be reflected according to the patient's face.
-
Which tip to use
-
At what depth to apply the energy
-
How to distribute the number of shots
-
Which areas need lifting and which areas should not be touched
All of these must come together to produce the best result.

- I personally conduct the consultation.
It does not make sense for a coordinator to recommend the procedure while the doctor performs it.
I believe that only when the doctor who performs the procedure consults with the patient, recommends the appropriate treatment based on the patient's condition, and then reflects that thinking directly in the procedure, can the treatment truly be complete.
That is why I take a little more time to conduct consultations myself,
and I have in-depth discussions with patients about which lifting procedure would be most suitable.
Because everyone's needs are different, accurately identifying them is also very important.
And then I carry the treatment through myself in a way that matches those needs.
In particular, when I perform lifting, I pay close attention to the thickness of the middle layer of the skin,
because the appropriate type of lifting changes depending on that thickness.

Judging this thickness is an experiential area that cannot be done without extensive lifting experience.
That is why it is very important for an experienced doctor to handle everything from consultation to procedure.
Of course, some people may think doctor consultations are inefficient,
but for the best results, I uphold the principle of doctor-led consultations.
In summary,
you should receive treatment at a clinic where the procedure is informed by the doctor's thought and where the doctor provides the consultation.
I hope my article was of great help in choosing a clinic, no matter which lifting procedure you decide to get.
Thank you.
