안녕하세요.
I’m Director Park of Relive, who aims for painless procedures.
When you look closely at people who say their skin has improved,
rather than cases where strong procedures were repeated,
there are often more cases where care that allows the skin to recover steadily was done first.
"Recently, my skin has become dry and sensitive more easily."
"Even when I get laser treatment, it feels like recovery is slower than before."
At times like this, what matters is not adding more stimulation,
but recreating an environment in which the skin can recover on its own.

That is why
the treatment I usually explain as something good to receive consistently
is LDM (droplet lifting).
Ultrasound that acts precisely on the dermis layer
LDM (Local Dynamic Micro-Massage) is
a treatment that induces fine vibrations in skin cells using high-density ultrasound.
The especially important point is that it uses 10 MHz ultrasound,
which means this frequency acts directly at a depth of about 0.3 cm, that is, on the epidermis and dermis.
In this process, inside the skin,
matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which promote aging, are suppressed,
and heat shock proteins (HSPs), which are important for skin regeneration and protection, are activated.

As a result, the environment for collagen production improves,
and both the skin barrier and recovery ability are strengthened.
Rather than simply making the surface moist,
the key to LDM effects is helping the skin recover into a state where it does not break down.

Why it is called droplet lifting
LDM is commonly called droplet lifting.
Unlike other lifting methods,
it is not a method that pulls the skin up strongly,
but rather because as the moisture and elasticity environment inside the skin recover,
the skin changes into a clear and refined condition.
In fact, after the procedure,
skin texture is often smoothed out,
tightness from within is relieved,
and people feel that their complexion becomes clearer.
It also has excellent soothing effects, so it is useful as recovery care after laser, skin booster, and lifting procedures.

Above all, the most important point is
that it can be applied relatively safely even to sensitive skin.
Many people say LDM causes almost no pain,
or that there is no painful or uncomfortable feeling at all, and the treatment proceeds comfortably with only a warm sensation.

Changes in the speed of aging
LDM is not a treatment that creates a big change in a single session.
Instead, it is meaningful in that it stabilizes the skin environment itself
through consistent and repeated care.
In general, it is often started at one-week intervals,
and after 5 or more sessions, the skin condition often becomes noticeably more stable.
After that, maintenance care is carried out depending on the skin condition,
and it is important to maintain good skin condition so that the skin does not easily turn red, break out, or get irritated.

LDM droplet lifting is
a treatment that helps build the skin’s basic resilience
without putting a burden on the face.
When a recovery environment is created before stimulation,
our skin can improve most naturally.
Thank you.
