Banpo-dong Dental Clinic: Invisalign Orthodontic Clinic with Orthodontic Specialists Available on Sundays

Hello.

This is Sinsa Station Lev Dental Clinic, which handles orthodontic treatment 363 days a year.

Although our clinic is administratively located in Nonhyeon-dong, it is also well-positioned geographically to be called a Banpo-dong dental clinic, so I thought I’d make a promotional post ^^ In my previous post, I wrote about my thoughts on our expanded opening,

and after a long period of preparation, we have opened a 250-pyeong dental clinic located a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Sinsa Station.

Our clinic is located right next to ID Dental Clinic, which can be considered a mecca for Invisalign.

We have two orthodontic specialist directors who can compete in a friendly way with ID Dental Clinic using Invisalign cases.

A utopia in the dental world

That is the slogan we always present.

Our clinic mainly operates a beauty clinic on the left, where laminate and orthodontic treatment are provided,

and a health clinic on the right, where implants and general treatment are provided.

Our Lev Dental Clinic, located across from Olive Young in Garosu-gil, is in the Woori Bank building, where Essenherb Coffee is on the first floor.

If you look from Olive Young, the ID Hospital is on the left and the Lev Dental Clinic building is on the right.

If you go straight, take the elevator down one floor, or take the escalator on the left, you’ll immediately see this sign made of natural marble~ As I mentioned earlier, the beauty clinic that handles laminate and orthodontic treatment is on the left! It is a somewhat quieter and more private clinic than the space that handles general treatment and implants. It’s run separately, almost like two different dental clinics :)

If you look at the business card holder on the desk... You can see my business card, which oversees implants. And on the right, you can see Dr. Go Seok-ho’s business card, who oversees laminate.

Behind that, you’ll see the business cards of the two directors in charge of orthodontic treatment at our Banpo-dong Lev Dental Clinic~ Both Director Hwang Woo-chan and Director Hong Su-min completed the Department of Orthodontics at Yonsei University Dental Hospital and obtained their orthodontic specialist certification. They are both excellent directors. On a personal note, they are also my juniors from Yonsei University.ㅎㅎ

Which dentists are good at Invisalign?

This is the Invisalign appliance in our clinic’s consultation room; also widely known by another name, clear aligners... It is produced in the United States and delivered by air express. And it’s not a system made by dentists, but an appliance made by engineers.

I have long wondered: what kind of dentist is truly good at Invisalign? In fact, even among my classmates who have been in practice for well over 10 years, there are fewer than you might think who are orthodontic specialists running clinics that actively handle Invisalign.

The clear-aligner treatment called Invisalign, as I understand it, is like AI.. it is a treatment system with living intelligence guided by collective intelligence. No book teaches it as if it were the textbook for Invisalign, and Invisalign itself feels like it continues to evolve 조금씩 every year.

A treatment system that evolves while receiving feedback from users... doesn’t that sound quite unfamiliar? In my view, Invisalign and laminate are treatments not found in textbooks, but difficult treatments that require continuous effort and steady improvement in order to be done well!!!

That is why I think it’s a treatment that young people, with youth and sharp thinking, can do well. Both Directors Hwang Woo-chan and Hong Su-min obtained their orthodontic specialist certification in the era of Invisalign, so they are more confident than anyone when it comes to Invisalign orthodontics.

Our Banpo-dong orthodontic clinic, Lev Dental Clinic, also has the second-generation Clippy-C and Clippy-L, which are the most widely used bonded appliances. And we also handle Clarity Ultra, the orthodontic system sold by 3M that has recently become popular.

Clippy-C is an orthodontic appliance produced in Japan. It is relatively white, relatively small, and has excellent performance, which means orthodontic treatment progresses quickly. The price is also reasonable. Also, Clippy-L is the hidden version of Clippy-C. If you look to the right, you’ll quickly notice that orthodontic treatment can be done invisibly!!! But just looking at it makes your tongue feel uncomfortable, right?!?!?!?! I think Invisalign, the clear-aligner appliance, was developed to avoid this kind of Clippy-L (lingual orthodontics).

Invisalign First is for children, Invisalign Smile is for partial orthodontics or retreatment, and Invisalign Total is a system for adults who are starting orthodontic treatment for the first time.

You may think, “Isn’t Lev Dental Clinic an orthodontics-only clinic?” But strictly speaking, it is larger than most orthodontic clinics (there are 7 chairs allocated just for orthodontic treatment...) and is a reliable clinic where orthodontic specialists are present even on Sundays, 363 days a year.
