The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka Part 2 - Please Try the 6,000 Yen Breakfast Buffet for One!! A Review Without Tier Support.

I visited The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka in September 2025. It was my second Ritz-Carlton in my life!!!

I had mentioned before that the restaurants inside The Ritz-Carlton have truly excellent quality. I wasn’t able to visit those restaurants, but I definitely enjoyed the buffet on the first floor.

The room condition was just soooo, incredibly good...!

The kindness there is on another level.

If you enter the lobby, check in, and then head straight down a side corridor to the elevator, it is easy to find.

The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, decorated with beautiful stone and wood. The passage of time can be felt in the signboard that was made 30 years ago. Haha. Splendido. It is Splendido.

It was so crowded that it was difficult to capture the whole space in one shot.

It felt like being in Europe.

One notable point was that the people who looked like managers were strictly in control. And the quality of service was so excellent that I thought, yes, this is The Ritz-Carlton...

The space was truly gorgeous, and another feature was being able to see the garden outside the window!

I think they may have been from Australia... The jams were so delicious...

The breakfast buffet at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka on a day in September 2025, with autumn leaves on display. There weren’t an enormous number of items, but each one was delicious, so I definitely recommend stopping by!

Let me take a look at it bit by bit!

First, the bakery corner closest to the dining area! This is also my favorite corner~ haha. It was displayed very appetizingly.

The taste and texture were similar to bread I had in Europe.

These are flavorful bakeries with a pleasant chew.

Isn’t this a visual that makes you full just by looking at it..? Haha The Danish pastries were also very generously provided.

One thing I noticed was that, unlike Korean buffets, cheese seemed to be very popular, so there was a generous amount on display.

A fresh juice station(?) placed a little farther out. Even though it may not look like it at first glance, it has a surprisingly wide variety of high-quality fresh juices. You can also have milk in various options depending on your preference.

This is the egg station. The chef was busily taking orders, so to respect privacy I took the photo a bit carelessly (?). Isn’t the oven in the back really impressive...? Haha If you order, they make various dishes for you.

There were sausages, roasted vegetables, and they kept making fried eggs too.

Various dishes such as dim sum and stir-fried noodles were neatly presented together! Even looking at it again, the neatness is outstanding. Haha

One side of the central station offered salads, and the other side offered fruit. The side shown above displayed fruit such as watermelon and melon, along with yogurt.

On the opposite side, starting with smoked salmon, there were vegetables for salads along with various dressings.

It was served in roughly this kind of style, and was loved by people from all over the world. (!?)

Beyond that, one wall was displaying mostly Japanese dishes. I didn’t really have much of an opinion yet... to be honest, I couldn’t bring myself to go for it right away. ㅠㅠ There were elegant autumn leaves decorating it!

So I piled everything up like this and took a proof shot once...... haha What can we confirm here? If you ask for iced coffee, they keep bringing it!

On the left is the omelet, the signature menu item of Splendido at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka. It has a visual that looks like rolled omelet, right? The one on the right was Eggs Benedict....?

The true quality comes out when you cut into it with a knife. Haha The egg yolk looked so rich and savory~ Japanese eggs are famous for being delicious, after all!! You can enjoy that fully. Personally, the signature omelet did not quite meet my expectations. (Maybe it was the greatest thing 30 years ago??)

The left is what my wife picked up, and the right is what I picked up. Haha I ate this and went back for seconds.

For a breakfast you can enjoy for 6,000 yen per person, the quality was very good and it was delicious.

Considering that the breakfast at Wezzoz I went to recently was 75,000 won, it naturally makes me think that the breakfast at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka is something you really have to try... right?

Oh, and one more thing!! Something I must not forget. The fruit is really, really delicious! The melon was reaaaally delicious. The watermelon was also really delicious... I thought, this is Japan, where fruit is truly delicious. ^^

To truly enjoy The Ritz-Carlton, you have to fully experience the food offered at the Executive Lounge. Haha. For that, you would need at least a 2-night, 3-day stay. This trip had a tight schedule, so I couldn’t enjoy it that much, but this breakfast buffet was something I wanted to sample even for a short time..! It was a delicious experience that fully justified the 6,000 yen per person.

As you know, Marriott Bonvoy tier benefits do not provide complimentary breakfast at The Ritz-Carlton. The same goes for room upgrades. Maybe because of that, shouldn’t we think of it as a place that focuses even more on quality? After all, it’s hard to expect high quality from a hotel stay that’s provided for free, no matter what.

Personally, it’s not as good as Constance, but I think it’s definitely better than Wezzoz. It was a wonderful experience as part of a hotel getaway.
