Hello.
I’m Dr. Baek from Lamineate Rev Dental Clinic at Sinnonhyeon Station.
A hotel staycation review from my Osaka trip in September 2025!
Following The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, I’d like to introduce my second hotel.
It’s a hotel that has been open for about 30 years, so you can get a sense of what Japan’s top luxury hotels at the time wanted a hotel to look like.
It was an appealing place with restaurants of outstanding quality and delicious breakfast. If I stop by again, I’d love to experience the snacks at the famous Executive Lounge and introduce them to you too!

Osaka Station Hotel Autograph Collection
Osaka Station Hotel Autograph Collection
Do you have a hotel in mind when you think of Autograph Collection among Marriott properties?
In Korea, the Plaza Hotel comes to mind for me. It feels like they place stylish hotels that are a little short of being in the Luxury Collection into Autograph Collection.

I had already spent one night at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka before moving here, so I rolled my suitcase over on foot. Even from far away, that striking hotel you can spot at a glance is the one we’re staying at today.
It occupied the upper floors of the building.

When you arrive on the first floor, you’ll find the impressive door that is the main Marriott Bonvoy photo spot!
Right next to it, on the signboard, you can see the words AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION, confirming that it belongs to the Marriott hotel family. The combination of gold and red is lovely~

As you approach, the door opens! And there is a small desk on the left, where standing staff will guide you.

Following the staff into the stylish hallway and then turning left,
as shown in the photo on the right, you’ll see several elevators in a neat, modern space.
The concierge is on a higher floor, so you’ll need to take the elevator all the way up!

The photo on the left shows the daytime exterior view from the lobby, and the photo on the right shows the nighttime view!
You can tell it’s a south-facing view because Hilton Osaka is visible, right?
As those who’ve seen my blog know, Conrad Osaka is visible far in the distance too!
This post was so popular, so I’m linking it again~~ haha
It’s a mecca for couples.

In the center of the lobby is an area called the Water Station.
From afar, it looked like a space where they had carefully decorated with water pipes... it was fascinating.
And in the middle there is a place to sit and rest, while on the north side opposite the south view with Hilton Osaka, there is a restaurant.
The restaurant is on the left, and the hidden bar is on the right~ I’ll show you later!
If you’ve been there, you’ll know that the Osaka Station Hotel lobby floor has a very creative LED clock.
It projects a scene of two cleaners cleaning the movement of the clock hands.
If anyone knows the artist’s name, please let me know~!

A kind staff member escorted us to our room.
Maybe because we checked in early, we were assigned a fairly high floor. It was the 36th floor!

When you enter, a fairly spacious room opens up.
There were two beds, and they were not small~..
One distinctive thing is the faucet you see as soon as you walk in...? haha

As of one month later, the room rate was about 750,000 won.
It’s very appealing that breakfast is provided if you only have Platinum tier..

The view from the bed is really clean and nice. If you open the storage area to the left and below the TV, you’ll find the minibar and various glasses!!
And the view outside the window is the south-facing view with Hilton Osaka!

The interesting thing is that everything in the refrigerator is complimentary.
Help yourself!!!
Beautiful wine glasses are also provided ^^

The faucet is separate, so you can use it for a quick face wash or brushing your teeth.
Unlike heavily regulated Korea, toiletries were provided generously.

And the bathroom was spacious as well. Of course, since it’s a new hotel, the water pressure is good too~
The toiletries seemed to be Japanese products.
But after using them, they were quite good!! They spread well and smelled nice too ^^

Besides that, there was a closet on the right side of the bed, and it seemed to have plenty of space. Comfortable pajamas were also provided. The features of this hotel are that it is very close to the station and does not have a pool. I couldn’t shake the feeling that it has the vibe of a business hotel mainly used by adults.
I liked that the space for focusing was separated on its own.

And back to the room again... I’m not sure if it was because of Platinum tier, but they gave us a set of tasty treats. It’s rare for a hotel to provide minibar drinks, including alcohol, for free, and even snacks like this, right? haha

At night, try asking to be guided to the BAR!
There is a hidden bar on the opposite side of the space where breakfast is served.
It may be harder to find than expected. haha
There are seats with a direct view of the night scenery, and there is also a separate inner area, so it would be best to visit a little earlier if you want to choose your preferred seat.

We were shown to the outermost corner seat!!
It was more than spacious enough for the two of us as a married couple ^^
It was a view overlooking Osaka Station. East and north views!

We looked at the menu and decided to have a cocktail each!
Among the signature cocktails,
we ordered Have a Good Trip and Bound for KYOTO.

All in all, it was an impressive atmosphere and experience...
The hotel was very modern, clean, and a pleasant space!
It has a completely different atmosphere from The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, where we stayed until the day before.
It seemed to pursue a futuristic, modern design and gave off more of a business-hotel feel.
The downside is that there is no pool. There isn’t as much to enjoy while staying there as you might expect!
It’s the kind of hotel where they provide delicious meals, and when you go downstairs, you can shop at the famous department stores connected directly to Osaka Station—so it felt like a place where you should go out and have fun.
In the next post, I’ll introduce the breakfast that Osaka Station Hotel Autograph Collection is proud of (the name is quite long too, haha)!
Thank you for reading this long post today.
That’s all from a day in the life of Dr. Baek, a dentist!!
