This is Dr. Baek, the owner of Reve Dental Clinic, the go-to place for teeth whitening near Sinsa Station.

Last time, I shared a review of the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo room! At the Ritz-Carlton, enjoying the Executive Lounge (Club Lounge) is the core of a staycation, and I’d like to share our all-day experience.

I’m sharing the review of the accommodation with the beautiful skyline outside the window above!

Ritz-Carlton Tokyo Club Lounge

The Club Lounge is located on the 53rd floor. It’s on the top floor and sits in a spot with the best view.

The regular price is 50,000 yen for two, but since we were staying at the hotel, we got a discount to 40,000 yen. However, with a 16% service charge and 10% consumption tax, about 11,000 yen is added on top, so the total comes to around 51,000 yen. Based on when I visited, that’s about 500,000 won for two people...

If I remember correctly, it seems more expensive than the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore.

Still, it was truly an ultra-luxurious space, and the service was absolutely high-end... Most guests were white, with a few Japanese and Arab guests as well. Every time I visit the Ritz-Carlton, I feel like it’s a bit sad when there are too many white guests (!?)

The view from the Club Lounge is truly outstanding. It’s hard to put into words... Tokyo’s scenery feels like a future city. Just looking at it makes you think a lot.

We received a rough Club Lounge manual (?) It’s open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. As with other Ritz-Carltons, the highlight is that they provide food five times a day!

We visited right after check-in, so it was light lunch time.

Light Lunch

The interior was so beautiful that I couldn’t help taking photos. How should I put it... every shot felt like art!!!! I wish I had taken more photos... I’m left with a strong sense of regret. ㅠㅠ The feeling that every corner of the space is like a work of art is just so nice. That’s the charm of the Ritz-Carlton, right? :)

This is the main station. During light lunch time, food is offered at the central station, while drinks are mainly placed on the sides.

These were the main food items in the center! Since it was light food, it seems like salads and sandwiches were the main offerings. They were mostly bite-sized items.

At the far end, there were breads and sweets. Personally, I like bakery items, so needless to say, they were delicious.

There was a truly wide variety of drinks. There were plenty of juices and sodas, and the yogurt items were unexpectedly tasty. I wore a blue cardigan, so it reflects a lot in the photos, haha.

Beer was also available like this! Once you step into the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, it really feels like you need to dedicate the whole day to eating there. Eating and relaxing there is what a staycation is all about!!

Soft drinks served at every table, and the desserts I liked.

As expected of Japan, the country of desserts, the taste was still outstanding. ㅎㅎㅎ

Anyway, I really liked the Tokyo Ritz-Carlton right after check-in!!

Afternoon Tea

While we were sitting and relaxing, it became afternoon tea time. We ended up enjoying two time slots together without planning to.

We visited in March 2026, and a strawberry afternoon tea was being served.

It was an afternoon tea with a very strong red theme, topped with items I would really love.

Even now, it still looks so good. It was elegant and delicious.

The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo Club Lounge costs 500,000 won for two... Let’s just think of it as eating 100,000 to 150,000 won worth of afternoon tea.

Everything with strawberries on top, including the macarons, was delicious, and personally, the sandwich on the right wasn’t really to my taste because it had salad inside.....ㅎㅎ

The scones were delicious. They were very soft and savory, which suited my taste!!

When we came back to the accommodation at 6 p.m., the Club Lounge had a completely different atmosphere. If you look ahead, there was a couple playing chess, which was also provided by the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo Club Lounge.

The number of white guests had increased even more, and they were filling the Club Lounge.....ㅎ;;

As you can see, the items on the main table from earlier in the day had been completely replaced. You could say they were slightly more upscale salads... ? I could also see salmon and ham in the distance.

There was too much greenery for my taste.. But well, I couldn’t exactly ask for meat~~ ㅋㅋ Personally, the food felt similar to the Club Lounge at Le Méridien Myeongdong!

You shouldn’t expect to get full from this as a meal; you should think of it as food to accompany spending time there. (That was one point where I felt it differed from the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore.)

In a space we hadn’t used during the day, they were preparing food live.

And in several pots next to it, they were serving somewhat upscale dishes such as lamb, potato salad, and grilled fish. Still, it was clearly quite far from what I’d call a proper “meal,” and it did feel a bit plain.

That said, we honestly did eat well and enjoy it together. The night view behind my wife is truly artistic. The more I write this, the more I realize... I really want to go again....

Breakfast

After waking up, rubbing my eyes, and going to the pool, of course we had to come for breakfast too, right? They provide food five times, and since we came four times excluding cocktail time at night... I think we did enough. ㅋㅋ

It’s a system where they bring the items you order. The flowers drawn underneath are pretty. At the time, cherry blossoms hadn’t bloomed yet... Tokyo hotels really pay attention to the small details.

The Japanese staff members also tried their best to speak Korean, and I was moved by how incredibly kind their guidance was.

As expected, the offerings were mostly bakery items and salads. Personally, breakfast seemed to suit my taste best.

The menu is surprisingly varied. And there are many items you can order and eat, too?

There are also many typical breakfast items. Eggs and hash browns, bacon and sausage, grilled vegetables, and so on. Clean, while also letting you eat until you’re full—that’s a big plus.

The side dishes we ordered. Fried eggs and croffles. It says waffle croissant, right? ㅎㅎ It was just very delicious. No doubt about it.

Enjoying a breakfast full of whatever I wanted while looking out at the city... It was dreamy time at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo.

The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo was my fourth Ritz-Carlton in my life. Without question, it was an extremely solid and impressive high-end hotel.

The skyline view is really unbelievable. Looking at it, you feel like there’s no need to go to a Tokyo observatory. The fact that you can enjoy such a view for a long time from both the room and the Club Lounge is a huge advantage.

Personally, I found the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo Club Lounge a little disappointing. Maybe because there were so many salads?? I couldn’t shake the feeling that there were a lot of light food options that didn’t quite suit my taste. Even so, the bakery items and desserts were of course very delicious. That said, I do think it’s worth considering whether it matches the price of 500,000 won for two. ㅎㅎㅎ (If it were 300,000 won, I’d eat there all the time..)

In the next post, I’d like to introduce Bulgari Tokyo, which we visited on this Tokyo trip. It is unquestionably a top-tier luxury hotel. I’ll introduce it thoroughly.
