Hello.
This is Director Lee Won-shin, a dermatologist with 22 years of experience at Wells Dermatology, where we study the time of the skin.
When consulting in the clinic, I often see many people looking for the hottest skin booster these days, “Rejuran Healer.”
That is because there is hardly any procedure better than directly injecting PN (a regenerative ingredient) and hyaluronic acid (a moisturizing ingredient) into dry, rough skin
to relieve internal dryness and strengthen the skin barrier.
However, among patients,
"Director, I know Rejuran is good, but...
I wish the effect would show a little faster."
"I want to improve pores and fine wrinkles too. Is there a way?"
are comments I hear quite often.
In those cases, there is one special method I confidently recommend.
That is “Rejuran Tox.”
Today, I will carefully explain this special combination that maximizes Rejuran’s effect and even extends how long it lasts,
as well as the key tips for a successful Rejuran procedure.

- Not with a machine, but with the hands: the beauty of stitch by stitch
Before getting into the main topic, we need to look at the basics of the Rejuran procedure.
No matter how good a medication is, it is useless if it goes into the wrong place.
For Rejuran’s regenerative and moisturizing effects to be maximized, the medication must be injected precisely into the dermal layer of the skin.
That is why I insist on manual injection, where I inject it myself by hand, rather than a faster and more convenient machine injection (injector), even if it takes more time.
When injecting carefully stitch by stitch, raised “embo” marks appear on the skin surface.
The fact that these embo marks are clearly visible is also a sign of success, showing that the medication was accurately delivered into the dermal layer.

- 2cc? 4cc? I’ll clearly tell you the right amount.
"Director, how many cc should I get?"
I get this question a lot as well.
To be honest, if the amount is insufficient, the effect will be reduced too.
Just as butter spread very thinly over a large slice of bread doesn’t really give you the taste,
if you inject too little for the size of your face, it is hard to see Rejuran’s signature glow and regenerative effect.
Here is the guideline I recommend.
Focus on the under-eye area + front cheekbone area (the butterfly zone): at least 2cc
Forehead included: at least 3cc
Careful full face treatment: at least 4cc recommended
I understand the feeling of wanting to try just a little and see the effect,
but even if you are getting it once, you need the proper amount to truly feel your skin changing.

- Rejuran + Botox = Rejuran Tox (the secret to 200% effect)
Now, here is today’s key point.
Of course, Rejuran alone is good.
The skin gradually becomes healthier and more hydrated.
But when you combine it with “skin Botox,” the story changes.
Unlike Botox that is commonly injected into muscles, this method uses diluted Botox injected superficially into the skin layer.
When these two treatments are done together (Rejuran Tox), there are three powerful synergies you can get.
-
Immediate tightening: Before Rejuran’s effects appear, Botox first helps make the skin feel firmer.
-
Pore reduction: It tightens enlarged pores, making the skin texture look much smoother.
-
Longer-lasting results: As Botox supports the skin, it helps Rejuran’s active ingredients stay longer.
If you only get skin Botox, the skin becomes firmer, but internal dryness and regeneration are not addressed.
On the other hand, if you only get Rejuran, regeneration happens, but the immediately visible pore-tightening effect may be disappointing.
Rejuran Tox is the way to catch both of these at once.

- Don’t worry too much about the embo marks
Lastly, some people worry about the raised embo marks that appear after the procedure.
"It disappeared in a day—does that mean it didn’t work?"
"It lasts for three days—isn’t that a side effect?"
To answer first: all of these are normal.
On average, they disappear within 2–3 days, but depending on an individual’s skin thickness and absorption speed, they may disappear in one day or last about five days.
If the embo marks disappear quickly, it does not mean the medication has vanished, so relax and enjoy the time while your skin improves.

In closing
When it comes to skin procedures, rather than chasing trends, it is important to accurately fill in what your skin lacks.
If you want to care for internal dryness, elasticity, and enlarged pores all at once,
why not experience “Rejuran Tox” this time instead of Rejuran alone?
With careful manual technique and honest dosing,
I will help turn back your skin’s time.
Thank you for reading.
