When people consider shoulder filler, the most common question is
how long it lasts.
It is not a structure where simply injecting a large number of cc
makes it last longer.

Because the shoulders are an area with a lot of movement,
the perceived duration varies depending on arm use, the frequency of upper-body exercise, and posture habits.
The reason reactions differ in reviews is also that, even with the same amount,
the distribution method and settling position are different.
Naturalness is also determined at this stage.

Rather than making the angle strongly from the beginning, cases approached with the upper-body line being refined tend to have higher satisfaction in terms of texture and longevity.
Shoulder filler is closer to a ‘design procedure’
The shoulder filler process is not simply an injection procedure;
it places a large emphasis on design.

First, during consultation, we check the shoulder bone angle, clavicle exposure,
the volume of the trapezius area, and the difference between the left and right sides.
After that, marking is done in front of a mirror based on the line you want,
and this step determines the outcome.

If only a specific point is filled, the line can become unnatural,
so a dispersed design is carried out while considering the flow from the neck line to the arms.
After preparation to reduce pain, the filler is injected slowly,
and the patient is seated from time to time so the line can be checked again.
The cc amount is less a predetermined number and more of an adjustment value
to match the design.
Pain, swelling, bruising, and texture should be looked at by stage
Immediately after the procedure, there may be pain such as soreness or a pulling sensation,
and swelling may make the line look excessive.

This mostly corresponds to an initial reaction.
Bruising can appear depending on the person’s constitution, and if you have an important schedule,
it is safer to leave at least 1 to 2 weeks of buffer time.

The texture may feel firm at first,
but it often softens over time.
However, if a lump-like feeling on only one side continues or the pain increases,
a checkup is needed.
Among the cases that seem concerning in reviews,
many are situations where early swelling and tension overlapped and made it feel exaggerated.
Exercise and lifestyle habits affect how long it lasts
Because the shoulders move a lot, the timing of resuming exercise is important.

In the beginning, it is better to avoid upper-body strength training and start with light activities.
Strong pressure or massage can also affect the line, so caution is needed.
Rather than simply choosing a large amount to extend longevity,

planning it around naturalness standards and matching the initial care and exercise plan together
raises overall satisfaction.
I hope this article helps you organize, in one place, shoulder filler duration, pain, swelling, texture, cc selection, exercise, and side effect reviews.
Thank you for reading.
