Liposuction and fat grafting are not simply about

taking out and putting in fat.

First, it is important to understand the surgical method.

Liposuction involves making a small incision in the skin,

inserting a thin tube, separating the subcutaneous fat layer,

and removing it with negative pressure.

The key is not to disturb the muscle layer, but to

remove fat evenly within the subcutaneous layer.

In contrast, grafting is the process of harvesting tissue

from the abdomen, thighs, or other areas, refining it,

and then injecting it back into the needed area.

The refining process includes filtering out blood and

impurities and selecting cells with a higher chance of

survival.

Understanding these basic principles makes it clearer

The effect of liposuction is more about changes in

body shape than the amount of weight lost.
