Hello~♥
This is Stella^-^
The sun is gradually getting hotter these days~
One of the things we worry about is our skin—and pigmentation is the biggest concern among them!!
During the summer, when ultraviolet rays become stronger,
pigmentation becomes darker, and many new spots appear,
so you have a lot to worry about, right~?
The stronger the ultraviolet rays become,
the more we need to prevent emerging pigmentation,
suppress and treat darkening pigmentation,
and protect clear skin!!^^
However, pigmentation that has already appeared....
can only be treated with lasers.
The representative laser treatments are
IPL and toning^^!
This page will
briefly explain
IPL and toning^^
IPL is generally said to be capable of treating pigmentation
limited to the epidermal layer, right?
However, the IPL at our clinic
is CELLEC IPL from Jeisys, and unlike conventional IPL devices,
it can deliver lasers at various wavelengths,
making it an advanced IPL laser device capable of removing pigmentation spread throughout the epidermis and dermis.
CELLEC IPL uses eight types of filters, allowing professional treatment according to each lesion and skin type,
and can treat not only pigmentation but also various conditions such as acne, vascular lesions, redness, and melasma!^^
Temporary surface pigmentation caused by sunlight, such as blemishes and freckles,
is treated by IPL!

This is the same model as the IPL device at our clinic.
After an IPL laser treatment, thin scabs form over the treated pigmentation
within approximately one week to 10 days.
(Please do not worry, as the pigmentation is not actually becoming darker^-^)
The pigmentation becomes lighter as the scabs fall off^^
*If scabs form, please take good care of the treated area
so that the scabs do not come off prematurely^_^*
Pigmentation in the epidermal layer improves significantly
after approximately 3–5 IPL laser treatments^^
For broad pigmentation deep in the dermal layer, such as melasma,
the pigmentation must be broken into smaller particles and removed through laser toning.
Laser toning repeatedly delivers low-energy laser pulses to reduce pigmentation in the dermal layer,
improving and brightening the skin tone. It also stimulates the dermal layer to promote collagen production,
which may help improve pores and fine lines and produce a lifting effect!

This is the same model as the toning device at our clinic.
The toning device at our clinic is the SPECTRA ND-YAG toning laser.
The SPECTRA laser was first developed in the United States for tattoo removal,
and received FDA approval in 1998, establishing its safety.
In addition to tattoo removal and pigmentation treatment,
it is also known for its excellent effects in improving
skin elasticity and fine lines.
Using a 1064 nm wavelength laser, it evenly exfoliates the surface layer of dead skin
and helps regenerate the skin for a clear, clean appearance.
It is effective for pigmentation conditions such as melasma, blemishes, age spots, and acquired nevi^^
It is used for broad and deep pigmentation, including melasma.
It can also further lighten pigmentation that remains after IPL treatment^^
Toning reaches and helps treat pigmentation in deeper layers
that IPL cannot reach!
