Stella Clinic / Differences Between Rejuran vs. Lituo
Hello, this is Stella!
These days, the two leading skin boosters are:
Rejuran VS Lituo
Especially since we launched Lituo at Stella,
we have received many inquiries by phone.
What are the differences between the two popular treatments, Rejuran and Lituo?
Let’s also find out which injection may be better suited to your skin!
Rejuran (PN): Extracted from salmon, its polynucleotide ingredients stimulate skin cells and indirectly induce collagen production.
Lituo (ECM): ECM components extracted from human-derived acellular allogeneic dermis are directly injected into the skin to directly rebuild the dermal structure.
What we can confirm here is the difference between
“indirect induction” and “direct supplementation.”
Accordingly,
Up to the early 30s,
cellular regenerative capacity remains, so sufficient results may be expected from Rejuran’s indirect induction alone.
However, from the mid-to-late 30s onward,
when the skin itself has become deficient in the extracellular matrix,
it is often more effective to directly supplement the structural components provided by Lituo (collagen + elastin + hyaluronic acid + ECM).

During consultations, some people ask us to choose just one of the two treatments for them.
However, because they have different roles and can create synergy when performed together,
depending on your skin condition, combining Rejuran + Lituo may be the best option!
Please schedule a consultation to find out which treatment is more suitable for you.
