Texas de Brazil!

Texas de Brazil is said to be a churrasco steak specialty restaurant.

Even though it was October, it was still very hot during the day so I was wearing short sleeves at the time lolㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Most of all, I could even watch the meat being grilled. The LED lights on the wall that looked like flames were impressive.

Dexa's de Brazil is located at the Apgujeong branch I visited, and also at Express Bus Terminal Central City.

The Central City branch was featured on Delicious Guys in the <Churrasco> episode. Besides Delicious Guys, It has appeared on many other programs too!

You can enjoy 15 kinds of authentic Brazilian churrasco steak and seasonal salads together, and the carvers come to your table to carve the steak for you. What I liked most was that you could choose the cut and type of meat you wanted to eat.

Just in case, I made a reservation before going, and they prepared a separate seat for us.

The tables are quite large, and the spacing between tables is very wide, so it was convenient to go get salad at Andaz Hotel Texas de Brazil.

I didn’t take a separate photo of the salad bar (because I was hungry, and busy filling my plate with food,,ㅠㅠ,,) but there were many kinds of salads that could be enjoyed with the churrasco!

These are the sauces and appetizers that are set out as the default. The grilled banana was a bit unusual.

I tried each sauce, and the one in the middle suited my taste the best!

At Texas de Brazil, the kinds of items served during lunch and dinner are slightly different.

Weekday lunch offers 9 kinds of churrasco, and dinner offers 15 kinds of churrasco with 6 additional varieties.

When the table is set, this chip is also placed individually.

This is a chip that indicates "Please give me churrasco!" / "Don’t give me any!"

If you set it to green like in the photo, keep bringing the meat.

If you flip it over, it turns red, which means, "You can stop now!"

If you’re full and want to stop eating, don’t forget to turn the chip quickly!!!!!!!!!!

The first item was a juicy sausage!

After I brought back salad, the carver came over on their own, explained what kind of meat it was, and sliced it right away.

I wanted to eat grilled meat, but it also feels awkward to watch who will grill it, and honestly, sitting in front of a hot grill in the heat is really tough, right?

Being able to eat nicely grilled, delicious meat right at your seat was what I really liked about Texas de Brazil Apgujeong branch!

I wanted to capture the meat-cutting properly, but honestly, I was too busy eatingㅜ.ㅜ

There were also many vegetables to go with the meat, so it was nice to try and pair different things.

Since there were so many varieties, I could taste many different flavors, so every bite felt new!

The meat came out quickly, so I liked being able to keep an empty plate ready and receive the meat there.

I just kept taking everything they offered me, and I got full quicklyㅠ.ㅠ

If I go again next time, I’ll only take the cuts I want and enjoy it even more!!!!!!!

If you want to eat as much steak as you like, Texas de Brazil Apgujeong branch seems like a place worth visiting at least once!

The price wasn’t on the low side, but I still want to go back again sometime.
