Garosu-gil Cafe Summer Latte & Apple Pan
Lay Bricks, where the desserts are delicious
There are so many cafes in Garosu-gil that I want to visit,
but on this day, I wanted to go somewhere with delicious desserts!
Among the places I had written down, I gave up on the others
because they had waiting lines, so I chose Lay Bricks.
I heard Garosu-gil Lay Bricks is
a Garosu-gil cafe famous for
its Summer Latte and Apple Pan desserts.
Lay Bricks (lay bricks)
46 Nonhyeon-ro 153-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
(Lot number address: 555-13 Sinsa-dong)
Lay Bricks business hours
Every day from 11:00 to 01:00
Sunday from 12:00 to 12:00

Garosu-gil Lay Bricks is said to be a vintage-style cafe with an English vibe.
The brick exterior is stylish too,
but I really liked the sign(?)ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Simple is the best...!

I took a photo of the dessert menu, but it’s hard to see..ㅎ
The most famous item at Lay Bricks is said to be the Apple Pan dessert.
And for drinks, you apparently have to try the Summer Latte?
I heard the Summer Latte is a drink made with espresso + milk +
vanilla syrup or topped with vanilla ice cream.
It sounds like a drink where you can have coffee and ice cream at the same time,
but why is the name Summer Latte?.?
I’m suddenly curious.

I heard that Garosu-gil Cafe Lay Bricks does its own roasting,
and makes all of its dessert items by hand!
Maybe that’s why, from the moment I entered the cafe,
the smell of coffee drifted through the air,
and it felt really niceㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

People say the Summer Latte at this Garosu-gil cafe is delicious,
but I found that the lattes here are also quite good!
If I go again next time, I should try a hot latte
or a flat white.
Our group all ordered Summer Lattes,
and we tried one each of the regular Summer Latte, Summer Choco, and Summer Matcha!
The Summer Latte was, of course, a familiar taste to me,
but delicious + delicious = even more delicious 💖

A dessert cafe in Garosu-gil that felt unfamiliar because it was a dessert I was seeing for the first time,
Lay Bricks Apple Pan!
It was a sweet dessert with
custard cream, crumble, apples, and ice cream in it!
Whether it was Lay Bricks Summer Latte or Apple Pan,
it was really a combination that couldn’t possibly taste bad !!!!!!!!
I enjoyed it very much :-)
