It’s about time for a company dinner~~~~~~~~~~

When you’re thinking that, it feels like it gets arranged right away, doesn’t it? LOL

With the year coming to an end and everyone having worked hard this year,

we should eat something delicious, right?

I came to Yangjae Butcher Shop, a beef restaurant with good value, and filled up on beef!

This is a large barbecue restaurant that can use both the 1st and 2nd floors.

We made a reservation by phone and went,

and they had the table set up for us at the reservation time!

I wanted to go to a private room, but all of them were already booked,

so we ate at a table instead.

Besides the items on the menu,

there were also set menus.

Ah, and they charged a separate 2,000 won table setting fee here.

The basic side dishes were simple.

Honestly, the side dishes didn’t matter much,

as long as the beef was good...!!!!!!!

They served radish salad, white kimchi, scallion salad, pickled perilla leaves,

salad, garlic, ssamjang, and salt.

It’s said that meat should be eaten at a butcher shop..?

Because you can eat fresh meat cheaply and deliciously.

We first tried the yukhoe that came out first,

and as expected, yuk...hoe...ㅠㅠ....

When the meat is good, everything is delicious,,!

They place beef fat on each grill,

and if you ask for more, they give you more.

I guess meat tastes better when it has a proper amount of fat :D

also used a cast-iron plate similar to Daedo Sikdang.

When I first went, there were quite a few empty seats,

but around 7 o’clock, the seats filled up quickly.

Turns out they were all reserved seats..!

We started by grilling the brisket,

and beef cooks quickly, which is nice.. lol

You don’t have to wait longㅠ.ㅠ

When it felt a little greasy, add some scallion salad!

After the brisket, we grilled the meat in earnest.

We even grilled mushrooms and garlic LOL

I think this cut was Hanwoo sirloin,,!

My memory is already getting fuzzyㅠ.ㅠ

After the set menu, we ordered more:

Hanwoo boneless short rib and Hanwoo ribeye cap!

Look at that beautiful color,,,,,

As expected, ribeye cap needs no explanation.

It was also grilled so well, full of juices,

and so tender that it was truly deliciousㅠ.ㅠ

The expression that meat melts in your mouth didn’t come from nowhere.

If you’re looking for a good-value Hanwoo restaurant,

I highly recommend Yangjae Butcher Shop!

If it were nearby, I’d love to go often, but that’s too badㅠ^ㅠ

For the final meal, we were deciding what to eat,

and a menu called Hanwoo meat noodle soup caught my eye, so I ordered it.

It was Hanwoo meat noodle soup that felt like beef bone soup with somyeon noodles in it.

We ate well :D
