Since they use good-quality meat, no matter which Changggo43 branch I visit,
I always end up eating really well.
On top of that, when the service is good too, even if the price is on the higher side,
it doesn’t feel wasteful at all.
This time, the Changggo43 Samseong Branch I visited
was just as satisfying in taste, and the service was excellent too!

Changggo43 uses top-grade Korean beef,
and I heard they make sure to serve exact portions.

From the entrance, Changggo43 already feels very luxurious.
The interior doesn’t feel like a barbecue restaurant at all; it feels like a high-end restaurant.
From the moment you walk in, the smell of meat is strong.
If you make a reservation at Changggo 43, they will set up the table for you.
They said rooms can be reserved for parties of 6 or more.
At the Changggo 43 Samseong Branch, we ordered and ate the same menu item we usually get:
Changgo Special.

At Changggo43, one staff member takes care of you from ordering until you leave.
Even when grilling the meat, they kept asking things like, “I’ll grill the meat for you,”
“Do you need this?” and “Is this okay?”
From beginning to end, I was able to eat really comfortably!
Once the grill was heated, they coated the pan with beef fat
and placed the meat on it!!!!!!

The meat was torn along the grain and grilled into bite-sized pieces,
which made it just right to eat.
You can eat the grilled meat as is,
or cook it a little more
— just enjoy it however you like!

Deliciously cooked beef should be eaten right away
before it gets tough!
I can’t forget that first bite I had at Changggo43 thenㅜㅜ
The meat was cooked just right and melted in my mouth..!

We also ate the scallion salad and wild garlic leaves that came as basic side dishes,
and grilled potatoes, cabbage, and garlic too!
Potatoes grilled in meat fat are really a special treat.

After eating the meat at Changggo43, I was torn between doenjang rice and kkakdugi fried rice,
but I chose the kkakdugi fried rice, and it was so good.
They made scallion oil with the scallion salad and stir-fried it,
and the texture of the kkakdugi was great too—it was so delicious.
