In the past, I used to think rice noodles were all the same!!!! and they weren’t a menu I ate often, but once I got hooked, I kept looking for them. I even started distinguishing between Vietnamese rice noodles and Thai-style rice noodlesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I visited Soi Yeonnam, which serves delicious Thai-style rice noodles! Not only at Soi Yeonnam near Seoul Express Bus Terminal, but whenever I went to Famille, there was always a waiting line, so it was nice that there wasn’t one now..ㅋㅋ

Soi Yeonnam is a Thai rice noodle specialty restaurant. It is said that you can experience the taste and atmosphere of Thailand exactly as it is, without any filtering. The taste and appearance were similar to the short rib noodles I had in Thailand.

I had heard for a long time that Soi Yeonnam’s rice noodles were delicious, so I was really looking forward to it, and it exceeded my expectations!

The broth was really, reaaaaaaaaally rich, and the chunks of beef were so tender and soft that they were delicious ㅎ.ㅎ

I once tried som tam before and it was so fishy that I couldn’t even take a bite, but now I can’t go without it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

They say fish sauce is always included in Thai food, and with som tam, you can really taste the fish sauce. It seems similar to our fish sauce, but it’s a dish that people may either love or dislike. I really liked how refreshing and savory it was!

We also ordered Soi Poppia, which was a fried dish with mushrooms, meat, shrimp, and vegetables. It could be seen as similar to dishes like jajjo or spring rolls. The fried coating was good, but the sauce wasn’t salty at all and went so well with Soi Poppia.

Soi Yeonnam’s rice noodles, som tam, and Soi Poppia all went well together, and the portions were not small, so we were able to eat until we were full.
