The weather was so hot, and I was craving something refreshing.
I finally got to visit Cheongchosu Mulhoe in Apgujeong, a place I had only ever passed by.
Cheongchosu Mulhoe in Sokcho is very famous, so I had been there once while traveling in Sokcho, and I couldn’t believe I could enjoy this delicious mulhoe in Gangnam!!!!!!!!

I visited Cheongchosu Mulhoe in Apgujeong during lunchtime.
These days, maybe because many people are eating something cool like mulhoe or hoe-deopbap for lunch, there were really a lot of people.
I didn’t take a photo, but from the entrance it seemed like valet parking was 3,000 won.

How to enjoy Cheongchosu Mulhoe well and satisfyingly!
- Stir the slushy broth until the soup develops.
- Once it has mixed a bit, the broth will melt.
- Scoop out the sashimi and vegetables and eat them first.
- After finishing, add the noodles.
- Finally, add rice and eat it.
*Cheongchosu Mulhoe broth is made with rich beef bone broth, so it’s especially delicious when you mix in rice.







Cheongchosu Mulhoe Apgujeong Branch Menu

Cheongchosu Mulhoe’s basic side dishes came with five items.
Among them, the squid rice sikhae was really delicious!!!
It looked like they sell this separately too.
It was also really, really tasty just served over rice..

We ordered three menu items: hoe-deopbap, mulhoe, and squid sundae.
The food we ordered came out really quickly!!!!!
The hoe-deopbap that came out first had a full, savory sesame oil aroma, which made it taste even better.
There was also a lot of sashimi and vegetables!

The main dish of Cheongchosu Mulhoe: mulhoe!
This was a single serving, and the price was 16,000 won.
The broth covered with lots of slush looked so refreshing!
The frozen broth also melted very quickly.


Cheongchosu Mulhoe Apgujeong’s squid sundae was chewier and tastier than the squid sundae I had in Sokcho.
Maybe because it had a lot of glutinous rice, it was pleasantly chewy.
I think it’s a special dish worth trying at least once. Hehe


When I was leaving after finishing the meal, I noticed
that there were hair ties at the counter in a very thoughtful touch,,ㅠㅠ
It would have been nice to know in advance haha
As expected from a mulhoe specialty restaurant, Cheongchosu Mulhoe was
refreshingly tangy and really delicious!
I hope I can go again next time haha
