Luho Plastic Surgery’s natural adhesion method is a surgical technique that induces adhesion in the eyelids through several tiny openings,

and it is an eye surgery that does not require an incision in the skin.

The surgery time is short, at around 30 minutes, and bruising and swelling tend to recover quickly.

Before surgery, the desired double eyelid line is designed.

About 4 to 5 small openings are made at the desired height on the upper eyelid.

The surgery is performed through the skin and conjunctiva, and the entire tissue is tied together with sutures.

The surgery time is relatively short, at around 30 minutes, and there is little scarring and recovery is fast.

#Incision

The incision method is effective when the skin is generally thick or there is a lot of fat,

or when the eyelids have become stretched and sagged due to aging or the use of double eyelid tape.

It is also suitable when there is ptosis, where the eyelid-opening strength is weak, or

when you want to adjust the shape of the eyes in various ways.

Before surgery, the desired double eyelid line is designed.

Through a skin incision, thick eyelid fat and muscle are removed.

The muscle, tarsal plate, and skin are sutured together, and the skin is separately and finely sutured to prevent deep scarring.

The surgery takes about 1 hour, and the recovery period takes about 1 week.

#Canthoplasty

For a clear eye shape and beautifully atmospheric eyes,

the horizontal length of the eyes plays an important role.

Canthoplasty is recommended to widen the horizontal length and make small, constricted-looking eyes

look more open.

Epicanthoplasty

The eye structure, muscles, and skin tissue are precisely analyzed, and the desired eye shape is designed.

The Mongolian fold at the inner corner of the eye is incised to expand the blocked area.

After carefully separating the muscles and skin at the inner corner of the eye, they are repositioned according to the design.

The excess skin is removed and finely sutured.

The surgery takes about 20 to 30 minutes, and the stitches are removed after one week.

Upper canthoplasty

The inner corner of the eye is expanded upward.

Fine suturing is performed so that the surgical scar is not visible from the conjunctival side.
