Today, we’d like to share a case review post about rhinoplasty at Ruhos Plastic Surgery.

In the side view, you can see a hump on the bridge of the nose, and the tip of the nose is drooping, so from the front, the nose appears generally crooked.

In the before-and-after photos of the case, the crooked nose and hump were corrected, and the previously bent areas were neatly improved.

Revision rhinoplasty case (crooked nose + columella correction)

At the time of the first surgery, the nasal tip was raised using septal cartilage, but over time the tip drooped and the bridge also appeared crooked. So, along with columella correction, the existing implant was removed to reshape the nose, and ear cartilage and donor rib cartilage with strong support were used.

Revision rhinoplasty case (bulbous nose + short nose correction)

The patient had undergone nose surgery a few years ago, but because the nose became shorter, nostril exposure and bulbous nose correction were not fully corrected, so revision surgery was performed.

After removing the existing implant, the nose was reshaped again, and donor rib cartilage was used to improve the shape and height of the nasal tip.
