Surgical area: incision, ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, fat grafting to the upper eyelid
Sinsa Station Luhoplasty
Hello, this is Luhoplasty at Sinsa Station.
Today, we’d like to introduce a case of a customer who underwent eyelid reoperation to lower the fold line at Luhoplasty, after the initial surgery created an overly high fold.
After the first surgery, many people are satisfied with the results, but sometimes they consider reoperation because the line is too high or looks artificial. In particular, some people may gradually start thinking, “It would have been better if it had looked more natural...”
<BEFORE>

Before reoperation to lower the fold line
In this case, the double-eyelid line was very high at about 9 mm,
so the surgery was performed to lower it to a natural, not too burdensome, 5 mm or so.

2 weeks after reoperation to lower the fold line
Reoperation to lower the fold line may take a little longer to recover than the first surgery.
However, in most cases, swelling and bruising subside within two weeks, and after about 1 to 2 months, it becomes noticeably more natural.

1 month after reoperation to lower the fold line
The high 9 mm line was brought down to about 5 to 6 mm,
and now, even when the eyes are open, the result looks soft and natural.
<AFTER>

A reoperation was performed to lower the line to about 5 mm,
and the current photo was taken about one month after surgery.
When the eyes are open
👉 The line connects smoothly and naturally,
👉 The eyes look clear yet comfortable,
👉 When closed, there is almost no obvious incision or scarring.
The eyes play a very large role in facial impression.
That is why reoperation should be decided even more carefully, through thorough consultation with an experienced specialist.
✔ Which line best suits my face shape
✔ What line is possible depending on skin thickness and eye structure
✔ What the adhesion status is
If these factors are checked thoroughly before proceeding, you can achieve a highly satisfying result.
