Before surgery, the double-eyelid line was excessively high, which created multiple folds and made the overall impression look heavy.

A “sausage eye” refers to a condition in which the double-eyelid line is set too high, or the tissue above the eye becomes unnecessarily puffy, creating a thick and unnatural look. It usually appears after incisional double-eyelid surgery.

Through revision surgery, the double-eyelid line was lowered,

and by repositioning fat into the hollow area above the eye,

the eye gained more dimension overall and improved to a much softer impression.
