Surgical area: Eye revision surgery (incision + eye correction) + outer/lower canthoplasty
Sinsa Station Luho Plastic Surgery
Hello. This is Luho Plastic Surgery.
Today, for those who were not satisfied with the results of their first surgery, or for those who are worried because the line has loosened over time or asymmetry has developed,
we will explain eye revision surgery in detail.
We will introduce the progress of incision + eye correction + outer/lower canthoplasty revision surgery together with a real case.

After eye surgery, revision surgery may be considered in the following cases
When the line has loosened or become less distinct
When the asymmetry between the two eyes is severe
When the eyes look sleepy or droopy, and the improvement effect is insufficient

Before surgery → Day of surgery → Day 7 → Week 3 → Week 4
You can see the natural reduction in swelling and the settling of the line in the images below.
Day of surgery: taping and suturing completed
Day 7 after surgery: swelling begins to decrease after suture removal

Week 3 after surgery: a natural line forms
Week 4 after surgery: a soft and stable eye shape is completed

Revision surgery is more difficult than the first surgery, so it is important to choose an experienced specialist.
It is not simply about recreating the double eyelids; the overall eye structure and the condition of adhesions must be comprehensively analyzed to achieve successful results.
