Surgical Plan ☝️

1. Crease analysis: The existing adhesions, eyelid skin and thickness, and eyelid-opening strength were assessed.

2. Crease design: An in-out crease was designed, with a natural-looking inner corner that continued into a more defined line from the center outward.

3. Incisional method: The procedure was performed using the incisional method to remove the existing adhesions and securely fix the new crease.

• The double-eyelid crease had become lower and did not appear defined.

• The eyelids partially covered the pupils, creating a stuffy appearance.

• The creases appeared slightly different on the left and right sides.

Postoperative Day 7

• Although swelling remained, the newly designed crease had settled into place stably.

Postoperative Week 2

• As the more significant swelling subsided, the balance between the two sides became more natural, and the eyes began to look more defined.

Postoperative Week 3

• Opening the eyes looked more comfortable, and

the amount of visible pupil increased naturally,

resulting in a more defined eye appearance.
