Introduction to a Case of Upper Eyelid Fat Grafting After Correction of Uneven Eyes

This patient was concerned about asymmetry caused by uneven eyes, and after correcting the eye size and double-eyelid line through eyelid correction, upper eyelid fat grafting was also performed with 0.7cc / 0.8cc on the left and right sides, respectively. As you can see, before surgery there was not only a difference in the size of the two eyes, but also a difference in the degree of hollowing in the upper eyelids. In cases like this, simple eyelid correction alone may not be enough, so fat was precisely injected into the orbital fat area while also considering the overall impression of the eyes.
