The hollowing of the upper eyelids has been reduced. In the before-and-after comparison, the first noticeable change is that the “sunken” look of the upper eyelids has softened, making the double eyelid line appear more natural and defined. The volume fills in evenly without looking puffy or uneven. The tired impression has been improved into a clearer, more refreshed look. As the upper eyelids fill out, the shadows themselves decrease, so the eye area can look sharper and brighter even without separate skin procedures. A small 1cc change in the front cheek has also added depth to the center of the face. Since the panoramic photo only shows the eye area, we cannot show the entire face, but as the front cheek is filled in, the feeling of the cheekbones being emphasized is reduced and the center of the face naturally comes forward. This completes a volume line that makes the face look much younger than before surgery. Overall harmony must be considered. The upper eyelids and front cheeks are areas that affect each other. By improving both together, it is possible not only to make the eyes look better, but also to avoid an imbalance where the rest of the face still looks hollow, creating a harmonious and natural sense of dimension.
