The key point in this case was not simply increasing volume. Sagging breasts cannot be corrected simply by inserting larger implants. In fact, excessive size can increase the weight on the lower breast and make sagging more pronounced over time. Therefore, considering her body shape, chest size, and skin condition, we selected Motiva Demi 355 cc and 335 cc implants. The first noticeable changes after surgery were the direction of the nipples and the center line of the breasts.
