[Yangjae Branch] A Two-Day, One-Night Workshop Where We Laughed and Grew Together

Hello.

This is Good Day,

always sharing heartfelt stories from the dental clinic.

We went on a two-day, one-night workshop with the crew from Yonsei Good Day Dental Clinic Yangjae Branch!

It was a refreshing time away from our busy daily routines and the clinic,

where we laughed and talked together.

A meaningful time

to get to know one another better

and strengthen our bond as a team.

Let’s take a look together 😁

The first activity was, of course, our “Cheerful Sports Day”!

Divided into the teams we had decided on in advance,

we took part in a variety of events and engaged in some spirited competition.

The crew members had even made T-shirts and flags for their teams,

and they were so adorable that we couldn’t help but laugh.

We saw everyone taking part more seriously than anyone else

as their competitive spirit kicked in,

as well as cheering one another on with nonstop laughter.

Running and sweating together naturally helped make our teamwork even stronger.

After exercising and working up a sweat, we enjoyed dinner

and relieved the day’s fatigue.

Sharing delicious food gave us the chance to talk about things

we normally didn’t get to discuss

and get to know one another more closely.

Next came the recreation session!

A variety of games had been prepared.

Thanks to all the unexpected twists and abundant laughter,

everyone enjoyed taking part like children.

Working together with our teammates to solve problems and complete missions

also helped us naturally develop our spirit of cooperation.

There was also a raffle and a gift-giving session.

Cheers erupted each time a winner was announced,

and the small but delightful gifts

made the atmosphere even brighter.

The second morning began energetically

with wake-up missions.

Thanks to the various missions designed to wake everyone up,

we were all able to start the day with smiles.

Next, we had time to create mascots for each team.

Each team came up with its own ideas,

drew and crafted together,

and completed unique mascots full of personality.

It was amazing to see how completely different the results were

even though everyone used the same materials,

and we were impressed by everyone’s creativity.

The process of thinking and collaborating together was enjoyable in itself,

and presenting the completed creations

also brought plenty of laughter 😊

Afterward, we had a meaningful time discussing

the direction we should take going forward

and the mindset we should have

when meeting our patients.

It was a time when we could look back on the present

by sharing our thoughts with one another

and envision the future.

This workshop meant more than simply taking a break.

By running, laughing, and talking together,

we were able to understand one another better

and once again feel that we are one team moving toward the same goal.

A precious time

that refreshed both body and mind.

The moments filled with uninterrupted laughter

seem to have become

the most precious memories of this workshop.

Going forward, Yonsei Good Day Dental Clinic will continue striving

to provide our patients with even more satisfying care and services

based on a healthy organizational culture
