Hello, dear customers. This is Imisuk Thema Dermatology Clinic.

Our clinic follows the following preventive guidelines in preparation for the coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

■ Until the COVID-19 situation comes to an end, we are temporarily restricting visits by Korean and foreign visitors with a history of travel to China. Upon arrival, we measure fever using a thermal infrared camera and a thermometer, and we check travel history to specific regions through the overseas travel information inquiry system to restrict entry.

■ To block external viruses, sterilization and disinfection have been completed throughout the building by a professional disinfection company. In addition, we have purchased a disinfectant that can kill viruses and is harmless and safe for the human body, and we continuously sterilize and disinfect at least three times a day while thoroughly managing infection prevention.

■ When patients come to reception, staff will help disinfect clothing with a harmless disinfectant, and patients must use hand sanitizer.

■ All staff are required to wear masks, and medical staff also provide treatment while wearing masks. Even if it is inconvenient, please wear a mask when visiting.

■ When making a treatment reservation, if you have related symptoms (fever/cough/sore throat) or a history of overseas travel to a specific region, the reservation may not be accepted. We ask for your understanding.
