Hello.
A place that does its best
for a healthy smile
This is Etoile Seoul Dental Clinic.
Many people these days have been asking about All-on-X implants, and I think those of you reading this may have similar concerns. “My dentures keep coming loose and are uncomfortable, is there really a good solution?” “Full-mouth implants are too expensive, is there another option?” Questions like these.
I’d like to share some information that may help those of you with these questions and concerns.
We take responsibility for your dental health.
What Are All-on-X Implants?

All-on-X implants are
one of the innovative
treatment methods for
people who have lost all of their teeth.
They are generally
also called full-arch implants,
and they are a treatment method that restores an entire jaw
with only 4 to 6 implants.
Just as a few sturdy pillars
support an entire house,
this approach restores full dental
function with a small number of implants.

Why This Treatment Is Getting Attention and Its Advantages
This treatment is getting
attention for several reasons.
First, it can be applied even when there is insufficient jawbone.
By using 3D navigation technology
to place the implants at multiple angles,
it can sometimes be performed
without bone grafting.
Also, unlike conventional implants,
which place one implant for
each tooth, this method solves
the problem with only 4 to 6,
which saves both cost and time.

Features of the Surgery Process and Recovery Period
The surgery time is not as long
as you might think. It takes about
2 to 3 hours, and because it is
performed using a 3D navigation
system with a minimally invasive
approach, the time is shorter and
the precision is higher than with
traditional methods. Recovery is
also faster, and temporary prosthetics
can be fitted on the day of surgery,
allowing a return to daily life.
When the final prosthetics are fitted
within about 30 days, you will then
have chewing strength close to that
of natural teeth, making it possible
to eat a wide variety of foods freely.

Treatment Process for All-on-X Implants
All-on-X implant treatment consists
of several stages.
First, a systematic analysis is performed.
Through examinations such as CT scans
and oral scans, the condition of the mouth
is closely assessed, and a treatment plan
is established through precise analysis
using 3D equipment.
During this process, a computer simulation
is used to plan in advance where
the implants will be placed and at what
angles. In the actual surgery,
the 3D navigation system plays a major role.

How to Care for It and Things to Keep in Mind
All-on-X implants, like natural teeth,
also require consistent care.
Daily proper brushing and flossing
are essential, and regular checkups
and scaling are important. We recommend
having a checkup every six months to
monitor the health of the gum tissue
around the implants.
For food intake, during the period when
temporary prosthetics are in place,
it is best to avoid hard or chewy foods.
Smoking can have a negative effect on
implant treatment, so it is best to quit
smoking before and after surgery.

We understand all of your feelings,
from the inconvenience and worries
that come after losing teeth to the fear
of a new treatment.
However, I think All-on-X implants are
one good way to address these concerns.
What matters most is choosing the most
appropriate treatment by comprehensively
considering each person’s oral condition
and overall health.
Above all, even after treatment, consistent
care and regular checkups are key to
maintaining successful results.
At Etoile Seoul Dental Clinic, we are
with our patients on the journey to
regaining a healthy smile, and we always
strive to provide the best treatment with
a warm heart.
