Choi Jun-hee Nose Revision and Eye Revision Plastic Surgery Analysis

Through the analysis results from the eye type test and thorough consultation,

the line was determined as AIHT = (a glamorous in-out line), and in order to secure it firmly and raise the height of the double eyelids,

revision surgery was performed using an incision method that removes some tissue, after which the double-eyelid thickness was set higher than before.

Additionally, epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty were performed together to remove the feeling of congestion at the inner corners of the eyes.

Before surgery, the nose line had a refined straight profile with a rounded tip, giving a cute impression.

Depending on the glamorous look of the eyes, if the nose were also raised too sharply,

it could create too strong of an impression, and Choi Jun-hee did not want that feeling.

So, while keeping the existing line intact, a hump-nose revision correction was performed to shave down only the remaining hump,

cleanly removing just the hump on the bridge of the nose and preserving the existing refined straight profile.

When performing eye and nose revision surgery, it is not a procedure that considers only one area,

but one that also takes the overall facial balance of Choi Jun-hee into account.

Thanks to this, the harmony between the glamorous eyes and the refined straight-profile nose created a more lovely and glamorous image for Choi Jun-hee's face.

Because revision surgery requires more delicate work than the first surgery,

the surgeon's experience and know-how are extremely important.

The timing of revision surgery is also important. The appropriate timing for eye and nose revision surgery is generally recommended after the skin tissue has stabilized following the first surgery,

which is at least 6 months to 1 year later.
