Whitening effects generally tend to increase with hydrogen peroxide concentration and contact time.

Take-home whitening at a dental clinic involves having trays made and using them at home.

The effects tend to appear more gradually than with professional whitening, and the financial burden is also lower.

and in most cases it naturally subsides within two to three days.

The appropriate treatment differs depending on whether the discoloration is caused by staining or aging,

and cost-effectiveness varies accordingly.

is the best way to reduce unnecessary spending.
