This was a case in which implant placement was difficult because there was insufficient available bone in the molar area.

Based on an accurate CT diagnosis,

a sinus lift procedure and bone grafting were performed together

to improve the jawbone environment

so that stable fixture placement would be possible.

Using a navigation guide,

the implant was placed at the optimal position and angle,

resulting in a safer and more predictable outcome.

After sufficient healing,

a natural-looking molar crown was fabricated

with consideration for the individual’s bite and tooth shape,

restoring both function and aesthetics.

This is a case in which the function of a fragile molar was restored

through precise diagnosis and safe bone augmentation.

By using this approach,

even under difficult conditions,

both function and smile can be restored.
