Yonsei Wish Dental Clinic is practicing again today!
Why we go over everything once more, even after becoming familiar with it
Hello.
I am Dr. Yeo Sang-ho of Yonsei Wish Dental Clinic,
where we add natural beauty
on top of healthy teeth.

The clinic is empty after patient care has ended,
but the dentists have gathered in one place
and are working hard on something.
One person is holding a 3D intraoral scanner,
while others look at the screen together
to check whether the scan is progressing properly.

On the other side, they try using Airflow themselves,
reviewing the angle and movement of their hands once again.
Yonsei Wish Dental Clinic is practicing again today. :)
Because becoming familiar with something does not mean practice is over

The 3D intraoral scanner and Airflow
are not pieces of equipment we are using for the first time.
When used in the treatment room every day,
they naturally become familiar and easier to handle.
But we believe that is precisely when
it is worth taking another look.

“This part might be a little more comfortable
if we do it this way.
Shall we change the angle slightly here?”
Even when we already know what to do,
looking at how one another works can help us
find details we had not noticed before.
They may be small differences, but when patients are receiving care,
those small differences can make a difference in their comfort.
A dental clinic that works well together,
rather than relying on just one person

I do not believe good care can be completed
through the efforts of one dentist alone.
From the moment patients are welcomed,
through examinations, preparation for care, and treatment,
to the final instructions we provide.

The dentists and staff of Yonsei Wish Dental Clinic work together throughout the process.
That is why, when we practice, we do not stop
at simply doing well on our own.
We watch one another, share what we know,
and work together to fill in anything that may have been missed.
If you ask,
“You already know how to do it, so why practice again?”
our answer would probably be,
“Yes.”
So that familiarity does not turn into carelessness,
we sometimes review even well-practiced procedures
as if we were doing them for the first time.
The time patients do not see

What patients probably see at Yonsei Wish Dental Clinic
is mostly the moment when care is being provided.
But behind each appointment
are these periods of time spent coordinating
even the smallest movements of our hands.

Handling the 3D intraoral scanner a little more skillfully,
using Airflow a little more delicately.
Each may look like a very small practice exercise,
but we believe that these moments come together
and ultimately lead to good care.
Yonsei Wish Dental Clinic is practicing again today!

We will not stop practicing simply because
we have become familiar with what we started practicing to do well.
Keeping in mind even the small moments of comfort
that patients feel in the treatment room,
we will all continue learning and supporting one another.
Adding beauty
to healthy teeth,
this was Dr. Yeo Sang-ho of Yonsei Wish Dental Clinic.
Thank you.
