“I don’t think I’ve gained much weight, but my face looks rounder”
"Dieting is so hard... I’m worried because belly fat and upper arm fat just won’t go away"
Localized fat that does not come off easily even with exercise and dietary control, especially areas like the face, under the chin, upper arms, and love handles, is something that often remains unresolved no matter how much weight you lose.
You may be looking into procedures such as a “face fat-dissolving injection” or a “body fat-dissolving injection” because of concerns like these.
I also feel concerned because it seems many people approach these as if they were simple injection procedures.
A fat-dissolving injection is not a simple injection procedure.
It is a procedure that requires extensive anatomical knowledge and procedural experience.
In addition, the practitioner must thoroughly understand which area is being treated, where the surrounding nerves and blood vessels are, and how much fat is present.
It should never be taken lightly, because careless fat-dissolving injections can cause the skin to become uneven and sunken, trigger excessive inflammatory reactions or bruising, or in severe cases even cause nerve damage.
Below, I will explain in detail what you must check before receiving a “fat-dissolving injection,” and how we perform the procedure at our clinic.
I hope this helps you with your diet journey, even if only a little.

Fat-dissolving injection procedure: be sure to check this.
Fat-dissolving injections are procedures that reduce fat cells in the treated area by injecting medication that “dissolves fat.”
When the medication is injected into the subcutaneous fat layer, fat breakdown inside the cells is induced, and the reduced fat cells are then eliminated from the body through the lymphatic system and liver.
Recently, many plastic surgery clinics have been performing these procedures using solutions mixed with different ingredients.
What you should be careful about is that, because these are medications actually injected into the body, unexpected problems can occur if the injection is performed without extensive anatomical knowledge and skilled technique.
There are quite a few people who have experienced a loss of volume, looking older, or having their cheeks become hollow after treatment. This can be said to result not from the injection itself, but from indiscriminate and standardized procedures.
Also, simply reducing fat does not necessarily create a beautiful face or body line.
Facial three-dimensionality, balance, and skin elasticity must also be considered.
For this reason, rather than seeking a consultation that simply says, “You only need to get a few fat-dissolving injections,” you should look for a plastic surgery clinic that can comprehensively consider each individual’s body balance and other factors.
In the end, it is important to remember that with fat-dissolving injections, “who performs it and how it is performed” is more important than the procedure itself.

Lipat Injection
At our clinic, we perform the “Lipat Injection” to effectively break down localized fat that is difficult to reduce, from the face to the legs, and to improve cellulite.
It is a method in which fat-breaking components are refined and then appropriately mixed according to each person’s treatment area and amount of fat before being injected.
Unlike a “general fat-dissolving injection,” which simply injects medication to destroy fat cells, this is a procedure that can be expected to provide combined effects such as reducing swelling, improving skin elasticity, and improving cellulite.

When performing the procedure, we consider various factors such as the patient’s skin thickness, amount of fat, skin elasticity, swelling, and cellulite.
For example, in the face, the thickness of the fat layer differs by area, such as below the cheekbones, the cheeks, under the chin, and around the jawline, so the injection volume and ingredient ratios must also differ.
Of course, when performing the procedure on body lines such as the abdomen or lower body, the treatment must also be divided in detail—such as back fat, back of the neck fat, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and love handles—and performed accordingly.

In addition, rather than ending with simply breaking down fat, we can also combine procedures that promote collagen or, if necessary, procedures such as radiofrequency or ultrasound so that the skin does not lose elasticity afterward.
If you only reduce fat, problems such as hollowness and sagging can occur, so it is essential to consider how to compensate for that in order to achieve good results.

Finally, what I would like to emphasize is that fat-dissolving injection procedures are not simply about “losing weight,” but about shaping the lines of the face or body in a healthy and balanced way.
Do not expect only short-term effects; the most important thing is to approach it in a way that helps you become naturally slimmer while preserving the volume and elasticity of your face and body over the long term.
In that respect, I would like to say that our Lipat Injection is not merely a cosmetic procedure, but one that allows for detailed correction of the face and body line.
If you would like a consultation about the Lipat Injection, please contact our clinic. Through a careful individual consultation, we will create a treatment plan suited to you.
Thank you.
