Among the solutions for cases where the eyelids have sagged due to aging (eyelid drooping),
I previously explained the forehead lift using an endoscope (https://blog.naver.com/creating_beauty/222065071982).
Because the eyelids cover the pupils, the forehead muscles are used a lot,
and as a result, a common issue is that forehead wrinkles become deeper.
If that is still not enough, people develop the habit of lifting their chin
to look at objects.
Many people also say the skin around the eyes gets chafed in summer because of sweat.

Then in what cases is a subbrow lift (Subbrow lift, Sub-browpexy) needed?
-
When there are no horizontal wrinkles on the bridge of the nose, and the amount of eyelid sagging is so great that a forehead lift alone is not expected to be sufficient
-
When there are horizontal wrinkles on the bridge of the nose, but the person does not mind them, and the eyelids are significantly sagging
The basic condition is
that the distance between the eyelashes and the eyebrows should be wide.

However, if the distance is close, then removing the skin below the eyebrow
may result in an unintended stronger impression.

There are better conditions for a subbrow lift.
This is when you already have eyebrow tattooing, or when you plan to have eyebrow tattooing after surgery.
During surgery, a blade inevitably has to touch the skin.
A scar is unavoidable,
but after 6 months, the pigment fades and it remains as a single line.
However, if there is eyebrow tattooing, that linear scar aligns with the lower border of the eyebrow tattoo,
so the scar becomes much less visible.

Also, when a subbrow lift is performed,
the eyeliner tattoo that was previously done but hidden by drooping eyelids
becomes visible again, and the double-eyelid line also shows,
so satisfaction can be doubled as well^^

Anti-aging surgery is not just one procedure.
You need an eye for identifying the most necessary procedure for each case,
and the skill to bring about the result.
This was a time to learn about the procedure called a subbrow lift.

Ending it like this would be a bit dull.
There was a cake made by the staff at my previous hospital,
so I’m posting it to express my gratitude.
Everyone, take care!
