Today, I’ll help those in category 4 who want bigger eyes

but want them without double eyelids,

and explain how to make eyes look bigger

without double eyelid surgery.

Case 1. A case where both the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the eyes are small, giving a cramped impression, and the space between the eyebrows is wide

Case 1. Let’s look at the patient’s eye diagnosis.

1. The horizontal length of the eyes is short,
2. The space between the eyebrows is wide,
3. The vertical height of the eyes is also small.

Even though the face is small, the eyes give a very cramped impression.

In addition,

4. There is volume in the eyelid area,

5. The eyes are set deep.

In such a case, if you create a non-incisional double eyelid,

you need to keep the line low.

The reason the line should be kept low for a non-incisional double eyelid is that if you want a high line and raise it,

the eyes end up looking sleepier and become sausage-like.

And if you create a double eyelid with the incisional method

while removing skin and performing ptosis correction, the eyes become bigger,

but once ptosis correction makes it easier to open the eyes,

the habit of lifting the eyebrows decreases,

so the eyebrows may drop slightly,

and the puffy look of the eyelid area can remain

or even become worse.

Without double eyelid surgery, but with a forehead lift, we enlarged the eyes upward, with an inner corner procedure we enlarged the inner side, and with outer corner and lower corner procedures we enlarged the outer and lower sides, so the eyes became bigger than before surgery.

Because the eyebrows are pressing down on the eyes from the forehead, we lifted the eyebrows through an endoscopic forehead lift, lightened the eyelid area, and set the eyes to be larger before creating a double eyelid.

Compared with a case where the skin is cut away with an incisional method, this allows for a bigger but much more natural-looking eye shape.
