After <Part 1> and <Part 2>, a double eyelid procedure was done together to make the eyes look bigger. �a0

The thick volume of the upper eyelids had already been flattened through the forehead lift, so the heavy feeling was reduced.

And if the forehead lift had not been performed, this would have been a case that required an incision to remove skin and also remove fat.

This is Case 1 from <Part 1>.

The vertical height of the eyes is low, the distance between the eyebrows is wide, and the horizontal length is also short.

Because of the deep-set eye position and the volume of the upper eyelids, this patient, despite having a small face, looked quite cramped around the eyes.

This is Case 2 from <Part 2>, a male patient.

Because he was using his forehead to open his eyes, not only did he have deep wrinkles on his forehead, but the volume of the upper eyelids also made the eyes look heavier and more cramped.

Patients who want big eyes without double eyelids are often surprised and pleased that their eyes become bigger even without a double eyelid fold.

But there are also people who ask whether the eyes can be made even bigger after a forehead lift.

Yes, it is possible.

▼ This is a method of adding double eyelid surgery after a forehead lift to big eyes without double eyelids.

You may ask whether the eyes cannot be made bigger with double eyelid surgery alone. If you create a double eyelid fold, the eyes do become bigger. But the eyes made that way need to look pretty, and if the upper eyelids are puffy and narrow, unless the double eyelid line is set quite high, the line tends to get buried.

Then, to make the line visible, skin is removed and fat is taken out. But the more skin is removed, the closer the distance to the eyebrows becomes. Moreover, if the thickness comes from the skin itself, there are many cases where there is no fat to remove.

In such cases, first, through a forehead lift, you can make the eyes so that they become pretty and big without having to set the double eyelid line too high!!!

To achieve pretty and big eyes,

1. The eyelids should not be thick.
2. The distance between the eyebrows and the eyes should not be too close.
3. And they should not be sunken eyes.

For solving items 1 and 2 above, an endoscopic forehead lift plays a decisive role.

1. It makes the thick upper eyelids lighter.
2. It creates distance between the eyebrows and the eyes.

Double eyelid lines come out better when the eyes are slightly protruding, but as for the way to solve item 3, sunken eyes, unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no way...

Now here are the results after the above patients underwent double eyelid surgery. It was performed with natural adhesion. To add a slight amount of iris exposure, non-incisional ptosis correction was also added.

When you want bigger eyes but the effect is not enough with double eyelids alone, if you have double eyelid surgery after a forehead lift, you can create eyes that look much clearer and bigger.

It has been 3 months after forehead Botox, endoscopic forehead lift, and under-eye fat repositioning, and 1 month and 2 weeks after natural adhesion and non-incisional ptosis correction.
