The lower face was small, with sagging skin under the chin

and some fullness.

When the lower face is small, the teeth can appear relatively

protruded, and the lower lip has to work to close the mouth.

The muscle that pushes the lower lip upward in this way is called the mentalis muscle, and it is the muscle that creates a pebble chin.

The U-shaped face changed to something closer to a V-line.

And as the chin came forward and the lips closed naturally,

the pebble-chin wrinkles that were visible before surgery were no longer noticeable.
