In the previous post, I introduced a case in which eyebrow asymmetry and uneven eyes were corrected, and the forehead was also reduced.

In this way, a forehead lift is a procedure that can also correct uneven eyebrows and uneven eyes.
Let me introduce another case of a patient who came in with uneven eyebrows and uneven eyes.
I also talked about this in a previous YouTube video^^

In this video, I explained that when performing a forehead lift, eyebrow asymmetry can be improved through overcorrection and undercorrection.
Since I explained it in Part 1, I’ll get straight to the main point.

The right eyebrow is lower, and the double eyelid is also smaller than the other side.
Also, the distance between the eye and the eyebrow is narrower on the right than on the left.
The right side is overcorrected, and the left side is gently corrected with undercorrection.
Like this.

The surgical plan is made so that the lower eyebrow is raised more.
On the overcorrected side, there is usually a period of about two weeks at first when it is raised higher than the left side.
As it gradually settles down, the final result appears after about a month and a half.
Here are the results after 1 month and 12 days.

For easier comparison, I added imaginary dotted lines.
As the position of the lower eyebrow became more similar, the eye size and the distance between the eye and eyebrow also became more similar on both sides.

I shared a case in which eyebrow asymmetry and uneven eyes were corrected with an endoscopic forehead lift.
