So for this surgery, while performing the subbrow lift,

we planned to remove the fat that makes the eyes look swollen, the preaponeurotic fat pad,

together.

Through the incision for the subbrow lift, the septum was opened and the preaponeurotic fat was removed appropriately.

It is not something that is forcibly pulled out; when the septum is opened, the fat that is pushed upward by the pressure of its own volume is removed.

The under-eye area was also excessively bulging with fat.

If this fat is addressed, the skin can become lax and fine wrinkles may appear.

For the best result, this was a case in which under-eye skin excision was also necessary,

so lower blepharoplasty and under-eye fat grafting were performed as well.
