For men, I often recommend and perform a low double-eyelid line (a hidden double eyelid) at the same time as the forehead lift.

For this patient, thanks to the forehead lift, upper blepharoplasty to remove eyelid skin was not necessary. In other words, the forehead wrinkles were smoothed out through the forehead lift,

and the drooping eyelid skin that would otherwise need to be removed with upper blepharoplasty was also addressed as the eyebrows were lifted. I created the natural line he wanted with non-incisional natural adhesion.
