If the chin-neck angle is not visible, you look older, less vibrant, and even dull.

The chin-neck angle is the area marked with the dotted line.

This is a case that can be improved with submental muscle plication.

The subcutaneous fat is suctioned out,

and the fat located deeper than the submental muscles (the platysma muscle) is also removed.

I took this photo while removing the fat beneath the submental muscles (grape-cluster fat) during surgery.

If there is tissue removed during surgery, such as the SMAS, skin, or fat,

I take photos of it and show them during follow-up visits.

I bring together the separated submental muscles (platysma muscle).
