It may be a happy dilemma, but for office workers, one of the hardest questions is probably what to eat for lunch.
There are many restaurants nearby, but these days prices have gone up so much that it’s true we tend to check the price first when choosing lunch. So if there’s a place that satisfies both price and taste, there’s really no reason not to go—and to keep coming back.
The restaurant I’m introducing today is Ongnyeon Farm, a hugely popular lunch spot for office workers near Apgujeong Station.

Ongnyeon Farm near Apgujeong Station has been in the same location for a long time, so I think many people want to visit it for office-worker lunches. The meal menu is more varied than you might expect, and I think these dishes are even more popular because they’re made directly at the Apgujeong branch.
There are so many types of meal menu items that even if you ate one different dish a day, you could have different meals for two weeks straight, which is probably another reason it’s so popular for office-worker lunches.
These days, ordering through a kiosk is convenient because there’s no need to call over staff or wait for them.
Some places even let you pay through the kiosk, but at Ongnyeon Farm near Apgujeong Station, where they also sell meat, payment was not available there. After finishing the meal and heading out, you just pay at the counter.
Side dishes are served, and while there are many of them, each one looks neat and well prepared. You can really tell they’re made in-house from the side dishes. The side dishes change a little every day.
The overall composition is similar, but the types vary slightly.
Pancakes are actually really good as side dishes. Especially when you’re hungry and waiting for your food to come after ordering, they help take the edge off. Unfortunately, when I visited Ongnyeon Farm that day, the pancakes were undercooked, maybe because they were busy or orders had piled up, so that was disappointing.
Still, this is a place many people visit for lunch near Apgujeong Station.

Among the various meal menu items at Ongnyeon Farm near Apgujeong Station, I chose the hangover soup.
At first glance, it looks really delicious!!
Maybe because it’s been raining a lot these days, warm soup like this keeps coming to mind even though the weather is hot.

One reason Ongnyeon Farm near Apgujeong Station is so popular for office-worker lunches may be that the flavor is quite strong.
First of all, the seasoning is really strong, as you’d expect from food eaten outside. People who prefer mild flavors might be surprised at the first bite.
But for people who like salty food, it might be just right; even so, it is still very strongly seasoned.
I prefer mild flavors, so even after filling my cup with water and eating it, it still felt strong. If you keep that in mind and visit Ongnyeon Farm near Apgujeong Station for an office-worker lunch, I’d recommend choosing something other than dishes that contain gochujang.

Even so, the prices at Ongnyeon Farm are still not burdensome. They’re not cheap, but they’re at a level where you can buy an average office-worker lunch near Apgujeong Station. The menu is also varied, so even though the seasoning is strong, it still draws people in.
